## 2. Digital Products
All Products offered on the Site are digital goods. Upon completing your purchase, your Product will be delivered immediately via email. You will receive an email containing a download link and instructions within 15 minutes.
### Product Compatibility
- All plugins work with Squarespace 7.1, and most also support Squarespace 7.0.
- For full functionality, certain plugins may require a Squarespace Business Plan or higher because they use Code Injection. Some functionality may be available for Personal Plan users via alternative methods (e.g., markdown blocks).
- Products are fully responsive and compatible with mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
## 3. Licensing
When you purchase a Product, you are granted a license to use it, not ownership of the code itself. Licensing terms vary by Product:
- Standard License: Permits use of the Product on one (1) website only.
- Business License: Permits use of the Product on an unlimited number of websites.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product code with any third party. Upon refund or termination of this agreement, you must remove all Product code from any website and destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.
## 4. Refund Policy
We stand behind our Products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a plugin and it does not work out as expected, we will refund you within 30 days of purchase.
### What Qualifies for a Return
Returns will only be accepted if the product was faulty due to creator error. A product is considered faulty if broken code results in the product not working as intended.
### Inspection Process
If a product is claimed to be faulty, it will undergo inspection to confirm the problem. If the inspection determines that the product was faulty, you will be eligible for a full refund. If the product is determined not to be faulty, you will not be eligible for a refund.
### How to Start a Return
To initiate a return request, email support@sqspthemes.com with "**Plugin Refund Request**" in the subject line and provide a brief description of why you are requesting a return.
### Refund Processing
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 7 business days once a return is established and accepted by both parties.
### Denial of Return
We reserve the right to deny any return request based on suspected misuse of the return policy or problems outside our control (such as a product becoming unusable due to changes made to Squarespace's codebase).
## 5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Method: Digital Products are delivered immediately via email upon purchase completion.
- Delivery Time: You will receive an email with a download link and instructions within 15 minutes.
- Cost: There are no additional delivery costs. The price at checkout is the final price.

By using the Site and Products, you agree that you will not:
