FAQS & REVIEWS

How does this work?

Unzip the file. Open the instructions. Inside you will see steps with video. And you will have the ability to customize certain options.

Can I use this on multiple sites?

Yes, but only with the Business License.

Can I upgrade to the business license later?

Yes. Just get in touch here when you do and we’ll give you a code.

Do I need to be in Developer mode?

No, you will not need to access Developer Mode.

I need unique sidebars for a couple of blogs, is that possible?

Yes.

How does this work on index pages?

It takes up the entire index. You can't assign it to different sub-pages, or make it appear below the banner.

I have followed all the steps and my sidebar isn't showing up. :( Please help!

  1. Disable Ajax loading

  2. Check the filename

  3. Check the sidebar plugin slug

Still not working? Don’t hesitate to get in touch. It’s not worth banging your head on a wall. We will typically reply within 24 hours if not sooner.

Will it slow down my website?

By itself the plugin will not slowdown a page load. In most cases the reason why a squarespace site is slow is because of not optimized images. Try to optimize images for example via JPEGmini.

How to hide a sidebar on mobile?

Add this style after the plugin code:
<style>@media (max-width: 767px) { .sidebar { display: none !important; } }</style>

I need something customized beyond the scope of this plugin, can you help?

Put in a request here and we’ll get back to you with a quote. Prices start at $50.

I'm not good with this stuff, can you set it up for me?

We have an exclusive Concierge Setup option that you can select after you've gone through checkout. Send the details and we'll configure and customize according to your site specs.
