the path from 6 to 7 figures

Over the past 6 years, our plugin shop has served 20,000 Squarespace customers.

At an avg order value of $50, that's a million dollars in plugin sales.

Not bad for a 2-person team.

But here's where it gets interesting...

If we offered an extra $1,000 worth of value to just 20% of our customers, we would generate an additional 4 million dollars in revenue.

If we had a $5,000 offer that appealed to just 5% of our customers, we could generate another 5 million dollars in revenue.

That's 9 million dollars in potential revenue, without acquiring new customers.

If you were to ask the typical marketer the best way to grow, they'd advise you to start repurposing content, doubling down on SEO, or running paid ads.

But it turns out, the simplest way to scale with a product that sells is to find more ways to serve your existing customers at higher level.

Take a look at your current product or service and brainstorm 3 ways you could provide more value to your existing customers.

Where are they still struggling, what unserved needs can you meet.

You don't even have to fulfill these offers yourself - by setting up strategic referral partnerships, you can earn a percentage of the revenue while still providing value to your customers.

Whether it's a complementary service, a higher-tier package, or a value-added resource, finding ways to better serve your customers is the best marketing you can buy.

And yes, these are the kind of insights you get working with me in my SQSP Grandpa era lol.
