One month you're slammed. The next you're staring at an empty pipeline.

You know how to do the work. And when the right people find you, selling it feels good.

The problem is that the right people don't show up predictably enough.

Double Your Squarespace Business is a 90-day small-group mentorship for experienced Squarespace designers who want a more predictable path to the next client.

You probably already have some idea what needs to happen.

Maybe there’s a case study you’ve been meaning to write, a market you keep saying you should go after, an offer you need to package properly, a referral system you want to put in place, or a product you’ve been sitting on for a year.

The problem usually isn’t coming up with something else to do.

It’s deciding which of those things is actually worth pursuing and then staying with it long enough to get it built and see what happens.

That’s difficult when you’re also running a client business.

When work is plentiful, this stuff gets pushed aside. Then the pipeline thins out and suddenly it becomes urgent again.

So you start something, another project comes in, and the business goes right back to depending on whatever shows up next.

That’s the cycle we’re trying to break.

Over the next 90 days, we’re going to decide which opportunity deserves your attention, build it, put it into the market, and stay with it long enough to learn from the result.

"In the first 90 days, I had my biggest month yet. More importantly, the marketing is starting to feel easier. Before, everything felt scattered. Now I have more clarity, more rhythm, and a much better sense of how I want to position myself."

Shawn K, SKCreative

So what are we actually going to build?

That depends on what’s already happening in your business.

You may have finished a project you loved and thought, I should really get more clients like this. In that case, we might look at what made that project work, turn it into a stronger case study or offer, and figure out how to put it in front of more people like that client.

Maybe most of your work already comes through referrals, but you’ve never done much to understand why those referrals happen or make them happen more deliberately.

Or maybe there’s a service or product you’ve already seen demand for and just haven’t properly packaged or taken to market.

You don’t need to know the answer before you come in.

What I want is something real for us to look at: your past work, the ideas you’ve been circling, the things clients keep asking for, the opportunities you suspect are there.

We’ll look at the evidence and decide what’s actually worth pursuing.

Then we’ll spend the 90 days getting it built, putting it in front of people, seeing what happens, and making decisions from there.

By the end of the 90 days, one of those opportunities will have made it out of your head and into the market.

You’ll know what you’re trying to repeat, who you want more of, how you’re reaching them, and what the market is telling you back.

We kept trying to figure out 'marketing' - cold pitching, Instagram ads, all the things we thought we should do. Then Omari asked one question: 'Where are your clients actually coming from?' Turns out 60% came from one site credit. We'd been sitting on a repeatable system the whole time - we just couldn't see it because we were too busy chasing tactics that didn't work.

Your next client shouldn’t always be a surprise.

One of the things we’ll look at is what your past work has already taught you.

A good project should leave you with more than something to put in your portfolio. It should give you information about what people will pay for, who you work well with, what you’re unusually good at solving, and what may be worth doing again.

Every project should increase your ability to generate the next one.

THE PROCESS

How we’ll work

01

Read the business

We start with what’s already happened.

Your projects, clients, inquiries, offers, referrals, revenue, ideas you’ve tried and things you’ve been meaning to build.

We’re looking for evidence of what’s working, what keeps coming back, and where there may already be an opportunity worth pursuing.

02

Decide what deserves to happen again

You may come in with several things you could do.

We don’t need to do all of them.

We’ll look at the demand, the buyer, the proof you already have, the economics and whether this is actually something you want more of.

Then we decide what deserves your attention now.

03

Build it

Once we know what we’re pursuing, we get it out of your head.

That could mean finishing the offer, building the page, writing the case study, setting up the referral system, creating the campaign, packaging the product or whatever else the opportunity requires.

The point is to make it real.

04

Put it in front of people

Then we take it to market.

That might mean email, referrals, search, ads, outreach, partnerships, content or an audience you already have.

We’ll choose the path that makes sense for what you’re selling and who you’re trying to reach.

05

See what happens

Once real people encounter it, we have something useful to work with.

Are they interested? Are they responding? Are they booking? Are they buying?

We use what happens to decide what needs to change, what deserves another pass and what’s worth continuing.

The goal isn’t to get everything right the first time.

It’s to leave the 90 days with something you’ve actually tested, learned from, and know how to keep building on.

Omari kept pointing me back to the repeatable work already on my plate. That reframe put everything together. I leaned into saying this is what I do and who I help, and I stopped hiding it. Past clients came out of the woodworks. I closed a retainer, and I'm ending the year a lot stronger than I started it.

Who This Is For

  • You already have paying Squarespace clients and enough project history to learn from.

  • You’re tired of not knowing when the next inquiry is coming, even if referrals and word of mouth have worked well for you.

  • You already have ideas about what might help — a new offer, case study, niche, campaign, referral system, product, or lead source — but haven’t followed one through.

  • You want help deciding which opportunity is actually worth pursuing, then building and testing it.

  • You can invest time and money into improving the business before the situation becomes urgent.

Who This Isn’t For

  • You’re still trying to land your first few paying clients.

  • You want a generic marketing playbook or a fixed funnel everyone follows.

  • You want someone to take over your marketing and simply hand you leads.

  • You’re looking for a guaranteed revenue result or a quick fix for an immediate cash emergency.

  • You’re not willing to put something into the market, learn from the response, and adjust as you go.

Omari's feedback on my services, the way I promote them, and pricing has allowed me to come to conclusions exponentially faster than if I were to slog through my own mental hurdles alone… You'll feel like you've cleared many months of problem solving after just one session.

Elaine, Champion Creatives

Fall 2026

We begin August 31 and work together for 90 days.

There are 5 spots so I can stay close enough to each business to know what you’re working on, what’s happening, and what needs to happen next.

What’s included

  • 3 private 90-minute sessions with me → We’ll use these to go deep on your business, decide what deserves your attention, and work through what happens as you build and test it.

  • Weekly 60-minute group calls → Bring what you’re working on, what happened that week, where you’re stuck, and the decisions you need help making.

  • Support between calls → Ask questions, share what you’re building, and get feedback without having to wait until the next meeting.

"Our biggest challenge was a lack of clarity — both in how we defined what we do, and who we do it for. We were trying to serve everyone, which meant we weren't resonating deeply with anyone. Working with Omari felt like having a co-pilot who could see blind spots and validate hundreds of micro-decisions I previously had to make alone. We went from 'white-label devs' to high-impact agency partners. Same skills. Completely different positioning."

You already know how to do the client work.

This is about finally doing the work on the business.

The offer you’ve been meaning to package.
The case study you know you should write.
The market you want to pursue.
The referral system you keep talking about.
The thing you already suspect could make the next client easier to find.

Over the next 90 days, we’re going to decide what deserves your attention, get it built, put it into the market, and see what happens.

So the next time a project ends, you’re not starting over.
